Warranty Policy

 

Submitting a Warranty Claim

 

All warranty claims must be verified and approved by Axon Racing before any action is taken. Claims are reviewed individually, and sufficient evidence of the issue must be provided before a repair or replacement can be issued.

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. If you have obtained the product second-hand, or cannot provide a valid proof of purchase, the warranty will not apply.

Component Warranty Period

Controller 1 Year

Motor 1 Year

Battery 1 Year

The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase.

 

Assessment & Timescales

We aim to resolve all technical and warranty-related matters as efficiently as possible. However, resolution times may vary depending on: 

 

  • The availability and clarity of supporting evidence

  • Timely return of the item for inspection (when applicable)

  • The pace and quality of communication during the claim

  • In general, we aim to make a decision on a warranty claim within 7 business days of receiving all required materials.

 

Replacement & Refund Policy

For full details on refunds and returns, please refer to our complete Terms and Conditions. Warranty-related decisions and product replacements will be carried out strictly in accordance with those policies.

 

Please note:

 

● We will not deviate from our established procedures under any

circumstances.

● Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward our team will

result in immediate dismissal of your claim.

● Our team is committed to resolving issues fairly and doing the right thing — but we expect respectful and cooperative communication in return.

 

Final Decision

All warranty matters are assessed case by case. Once your claim has been fully reviewed and verified, a decision will be communicated to you. The final decision on whether a warranty applies and what action is taken rests solely with Axon Racing, and this decision is binding in all cases.
