REMOVING THE BREAKER
Each Axon battery is provided with a full power harness for the bike that you choose. The harness provided comes fitted with a 350A custom made connector and any additional cables required to power your bike. You must remove the existing power harness from your bike. Please see the video below which talks you through how to do this.
TOOLS
For the installation of our products please ensure that you are using the correct tools for the job. QA good set of allen / hex keys is a must to ensure that you are able to secure the products correctly. We will not take any responsibility for products, or bolts that are damaged from using the incorrect tools for fitting.
SAFETY
Batteries can be dangerous if they are not used correctly. Please see the safety guidelines below and take note prior to installing or using your Axon battery. Our batteries are fully tested and made to the highest quality standards. We will not be held liable for injury or damage to property for incorrect fitting or use of any of our batteries. If you do not have the requisite experience or skill to install your battery, please get help to perform instalaltion.

Installing the Axon Battery is very simple, but it will require you to completely remove the stock battery harness and breaker from your bike. Below is an image of what your stock power harness may look like. You will also have some additional connectors on the harness that need to be removed including your battery communication connector and step down converter power supply depending on the model of bike you have.
THE STOCK SUR-RON POWER HARNESS
2025 SUR-RON LIGHT BEE HARNESS - STOCK CONNECTOR BREAKDOWN
Communication cable for the battery. We do not use this cable on our Axon battery. You can tape up the connector that is left when you remove this.
Main battery discharge connector, This is replaced by our own harness with a 350A custom made connector
Controller input spade connectors. Remove these from your controller and install the new Axon power harness.
Breaker - Remove with the harness as it is not required. Attached to the bike via 4 long bolts that need removing.
Voltage supply to the rest of the bike. If you are using an Axon controller connect the cable remaining with connector 10 on your Axon harness. If you are not using an Axon controller use the cable provided in the image below.
THE AXON HARNESS FOR SUR-RON LIGHT BEE
Axon 350A discharge connector with CAN communication. The battery connector does not produce sparks.
Connects to directly the Axon harness (connector 9).
Controller input spade connectors. Remove these from your controller and install the new Axon power harness.
Use this connector if you are not using and Axon controller. Connect to the positive and negative on your controller and run to the corresponding connector that is unplugged from your stock harness.
THE STANDARD TALARIA STING HARNESS
2025 TALARIA MX4 HARNESS - STOCK CONNECTOR BREAKDOWN
Controller input spade connectors. Remove these from your controller and install the new Axon power harness.
This connector is used on the MX4 only. We supply an additional for our own harness that connects to the positive and negative on this controller and is applied to the same cable that this one connects to.

Connects direct to the battery communication connector that your original harness plugs into.
This connector is used for the MX4 model only. Connect to the positive terminal of your controller and plug into the connector that remains from the stock power harness.
