These numbers are based on bike testing and our own test riders feedback. Top speed is affected by a large number of variables including rider weight, tyre size, bike gearing. As such tops speeds may vary depending on your set up and these are designed as a guide to what you can expect.

A significantly increased feeling of power over the stock controller which can feel a little underwhelming. A higher top speed of 70mph plus and a longer peak power sustain over all.

EXTERNAL CASING DESIGN
Full CNC 6061 T6 casing designed and machined by us to optimise heat dissipation and cooling. 6061 Aluminium is perfect for this application as it is strong, very resistant to corrosion and gives a better and more unformal anodized finish.
Injection moulded plastic rear housing with clearly labelled connectors.
IP67 waterproofing, fully potted controller with silicone sealed connectors.

WHAT DOES THE DISPLAY SHOW
FULLY ADJUSTABLE THROTTLE AND - REGEN THUMB THROTTLE
The Axon Phase controller offer a fully adjustable main throttle & regen braking throttle which can be customized via the Axon App. Adjust the main throttle launch / acceleration curve and the regen braking curve on the fly and easily with our intuitive control system.
You can also adjust the max brake torque to your own preference.

The Axon Phase controller is also supplied with a set of function switches that allow the following actions:
1) Switch between one of the three power profiles.
2) Activate hill hold mode.
3) Turn regen braking on and off
4) Activate reverse mode.
5) Activate crawl mode
6) Activate Angle control (gyro)

Highly adjustable settings for power / throttle curve, motor torque and regen braking. Multiple power mode options, error reporting and diagnostics
Switch between three different fully adjustable power modes on the fly using the supplied switches on your handlebars.
Intuitive main dashboard offering all of the important metrics such as temperatures, state of charge, speed and trip information as well as adjustable telemetry data from the controller.
Our quick set up will have you up and running in 5 minutes with a simple, easy to follow process. Choose your battery & motor and we update and prepare your controller to be used.

GYRO SUPPORT WITH WHEELIE AND SAFETY MODES (BETA).
The Axon Phase controller comes ready with the hardware required to support IMU functions. Using a gyro on these types of bikes can have numerous benefits from safety to gaining more control while racing and performing stunts. Check out the modes that we are currently working on and we will be releasing very soon with an app update.
GYRO FUNCTIONALITY (PUBLIC BETA)
SIMPLE EASY & EASY TO UNDERSTAND
While the control system for the gyro is fairly complicated we have simplified its use in the app so it is easy and straight forward to use. The icons will help explain the bike angles and settings are changed via a simple slider which is easy enough for anyone to understand and use seamlessly.
LAUNCH MODE
5° - 15°
When activated Launch mode will prevent your bike wheel from lifting past the designated angle . You can set the maximum angle for this using the slider. This is a perfect feature for drag racing or situations where you need to pull hard without the worry of the wheel lifting too much and losing control.
To use simply set the max angle you want the bike to reach before the controller limits further movement.
ANTI ROLL MODE
15° - 60°
When activated Anti Roll mode will prevent your bike your bike from tipping over. You can set the maximum angle for this so you are comfortable riding. This is a perfect feature for beginners or people just getting used to throttle control and works well as a safety feature.
To use simply set the max angle you want the bike to reach before the controller limits further moevement.
STUNT MODE
30° - 100°
When activated, Stunt Mode will actively assist in keeping the front wheel up while preventing you from tipping over. You can set the maximum and minimum angles based on the bike’s tipping point and your personal preference.

BOOST MODE
Unlock your batteries potential with our customizable boost feature. Simply fill in your battery information on our app and the controller will manage your discharge allowing you to get everything you can extract out of the battery without hitting the BMS cut off . This is fully adjustable according to your batteries specifications and perfect for when you need a short extra burst of power. This feature can also easily be disabled for less experienced users.

AXON PHASE 1000 - CONTROLLER DIAGNOSTICS & TROUBLE SHOOTING
RACE MODE
Introducing the Axon Race mode for both our app and via the web. When used in conjunction with our App you can take your riding to the next level with 0-60 drag and top speed race modes. Featuring leader boards, user profiles and full telemetry data visible to all users. Data show includes bike information, speed over time, torque requested and delivered, Power in KW vs RPM, DC /Phase, Voltage Drop, Voltage vs DC current, Temperatures, G-Force and Race pathing with mapping.

SELF DIAGNOSIS AND HELP MODES
CONTROLLER ERROR DIAGNOSTICS VIA THE AXON APP
Every controller will also report the last two errors in the diagnostic menu so technical support can better understand the issues you are having.
Each controller will have a unique serial number allowing us to easily find you and provide assistance if you have.
In the event of an error a full set of diagnostics will also be sent directly to Axon technical support so they will be able to help if required.
Here you will be informed of the origin of the error along with possible causes and a checklist for you that may fix the issue.
If an error occurs you will be alerted on the app at the top of the dashboard screen. If you click on the arrow you will be taken to the controller diagnostics menu.
Axon has designed our APP with a simple diagnostic system that allows users to gain information on errors with possible causes and solutions to the problem.

AXON PHASE - FULL TORQUE MAPPING OF SUPPORTED MOTORS
Striving to use the most advanced motor control methods, we've developed TorqueMAP FOC, which relies on a unique mapping table tailored to each motor supported by the Phase controller. This allows the controller to deliver precise torque output for a smooth and powerful throttle response.
FULL TESTING FOR EACH MOTOR SUPPORTED
To achieve this, Axon has completed a rigorous two-week motor mapping process for each supported motor — collecting and integrating detailed performance data. This ensures we can accurately characterize each motor’s profile and unlock its full performance potential.
