HOW WE HELP YOU TROUBLE SHOOT - STEP 1

WITH ERROR DIAGNOSTICS - YOUR FIRST LINE OF SUPPORT

CONTROLLER ERROR DIAGNOSTICS VIA THE AXON APP

If you require further technical assistance with your controller you can contact us directly using info@axon.racing or you can simply use the app to get in touch following the instructions below.

Every controller will also report the last two errors in the diagnostic menu. In this way our technical support can better understand the issues you are having.

Each controller will have a unique serial number allowing us to easily find you and provide assistance if you need support.

In the event of an error a full set of diagnostics will also be sent directly to Axon technical support so they will be able to help if required. 

Here you will be informed of the origin of the error, along with possible causes along with a checklist for you that may fix the issue.  

If an error occurs you will be alerted on the app at the top of the dashboard screen. If you click on the arrow you will be taken to the controller diagnostics menu.

Axon has designed our APP with a simple diagnostic system that allows users to gain information on errors, with possible causes. This will also then offer potential solutions to the problem.

If you have tried the remedial actions and this has not fixed your issue you can request help from technical support. Please read the information below on how to receive direct technical support.

To save everyone time It is important that prior to contacting us for assistance that you check the diagnostic page and perform the recommended checks to remedy the fault.

Here errors are reported with possible causes and troubleshooting steps are outlined in an effort to allow the user to diagnose the issue.

These are reported both at the top of the dashboard on the app and on the diagnostics tab that you can access by swiping up from the bottom of the dashboard.

The AXON APP comes with built in fault detection and diagnostics to help you to fix any potential issues you have.

The best way to receive fast technical support is by using the Axon app. Swipe up from the Dashboard and tap on the help button. From here you will be taken to the error diagnostics screen. Here you can see possible sources of error on your controller.

 

Please read these messages and first try to diagnose the issue yourself. Ordinarily most issues are caused by user error in fitting and a quick check of this diagnostic tool will help point you in the right direction to fix any issues you have. 

If you cannot fix the issue you have you can contact support by using the contact us button at the bottom of the diagnostics page. From here you will be taken to the help portal where there is an option to message us directly, or use the help section with support articles for the most common issues and how to potentially fix them.

If you choose the message option you will be taken to the messaging screen where you can ask our AI a question or speak to and leave a message for one of the technical support team. Please be advised that if your request is our of hours we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
