AXON PULSAR CONTROLLER INITIAL INSTALLATION TIPS
DO NOT RUSH!
Please allow yourself a good amount of time to install your Axon product. Do not rush the process as the will inevitably cause some problems with pinched wires, or something fitted incorrectly. By taking your time and going through our videos guides you may save yourself and a lot of time trying to troubleshoot.
TOOLS
For the installation of our products please ensure that you are using the correct tools for the job. QA good set of allen / hex keys is a must to ensure that you are able to secure the products correctly. We will not take any responsibility for products, or bolts that are damaged from using the incorrect tools for fitting.
SAFETY
Be responsible. You are installing an upgrade product to an electric motorcycle. If you do not have the requisite experience, or knowledge to do so please seek the help of a professional. Motorcycles can be dangerous and even more so if they are not installed correctly. Understand your own personal ability and act accordinlgy.

AXON PULSAR 60 MOTOR SPACER INFORMATION
SPACERS USED ON THE FRONT FACE
In the image below we have highlighted the mounting position of the spacers you receive with your Axon Pulsar motor for the Sur-Ron Light Bee. You will receive two spacers that are a different thickness. The thicker spacer will be positioned on the front face of the motor on the bottom mounting point. The thinner spacers will be on the front face of the motor on the upper mounting point.

SPACERS USED ON THE REAR FACE
You will notice that on the rear of the stock motor you will have a spacer on each mounting point. When you
remove the motor please remember the orientation of these spacers and use in the same orientation to mount to your Axon motor. You will also have a motor adjustment piece that you will need to re-use to line up your motor belt tension correctly. Below you can see the orientation of the tension adjuster as well as the position of the spacers.

Below are some images to give you clarity on your Axon motor. You will see from the first image that the phases are clearly denoted with their respective letters and are as follows;
YELLOW - W
GREEN - V
BLUE - U
Please ensure that your phase cables are connected to your controller in the correct orientation to ensure correct operation of the motor.
